Is there a home alarm censer which detects by heat? Like if there where two people in the house and another hiding, it would detect three...

You can get anything you can afford. A heat sensor on a home alarm system would be extremely expensive however. That's something that governments use not homeowners. If you want to check on prices call some local alarm companies in your area.

No, but being creative with motion detectors would do the same thing.

If not, put motion detectors in the hidden areas.

kind of, passive infra-red detectors (pir's) pick up fast changes in heat in their view so if the person hiding isn't moving (duh!) then it wouldn't pick them up. but then again if the two people are standng really still, it wouldn't see them either. you can get extremely sensitive infra- and thermal cameras too but these aint cheap.
