I have the Sims for PSP, and you can do things like Flirt, Intimidate and Chat. You can also do things like caress, and make out. You can even have sex - it's called "Woo Hoo!" lol. Hope this helps.

you can do all kinds of things, it depends on the level of relationship (like you can't kiss or makeout or woohoo with someone they just met) only thing you can't do on console that you can on PC is to make babies.
