i am looking for a single family home for 50000-70000 in nj,how much rent ?

Hi, I live in NJ. $50,000 will get you a medium sized shed. And the taxes will probably be around $5600 a year for that shed. Good Luck. Oh, on a side note. If you drive a car your insurance will go up tenfold...At least you can go watch the Phillies lose..
