First thing you do when you want to cancel an order that you made with a credit card is to notify the company you want a refund and the reason why, then immediately call visa and tell them what happened. They will tell you if the merchant has gotten the money. They will guide you from there. Have proof of your contacting them to cancel. Document everything.

Are you saying you got the programs and when you tried to use them they did not work? Or, are you saying you tried to place an order and you are not sure it went through?

Deductions are made from your credit card before shipment is made.

If you received the programs, trired to use them, and they did not work, your only recourse would be to contact your credit card company. I have a Mastercard and they provide a way to dispute a charge.

If you contacted the company to cancel, perhaps by now you received an e-mail from them. If not, try again.

All you have to do is contact your credit card provider and explain the situation they will tell you how to go about reversing the payment - you can do this anywhere up to 6 months after you purchase.

Contact your credit card company and explain the situation. And in the future, don't buy program online and download them, always buy them as they come in a box.

Call the bank or card company. Explain the situation, they will usually protect you.

THEN, once cancelled, the internet company will contact you.
