Hi. About two days. It travels in a slightly lower orbit which allows it to catch up, then accelerates into a slightly higher orbit. to meet the ISS. You can see them both together by looking up ISS orbit. Try: http://www.heavens-above.com/

They usually take a day or two to get there, but that is just the schedule NASA uses. Orbital mechanics would allow them to reach it in as little as 45 minutes, but with with no margin for error.
