yes you can publicly view women giving birth and children being born as well doctors slipping on the floors from the broken placentas and if you look closely you can see the nurse in the back ground flicking her cigarette ashes on an ash tray next to the babies crib

shouldn't you ask them and not us?! I can't imagine why they wouldn't give tours, but unless you call, you'll never exactly know.
