i think it went to all the programs like if it was brand new

Sounds like you reformated your computer, or restored to how it was when you first bought it. You can go to this site for some help, but make sure to state every step you did. But if you restored it, then the files are gone and you can only get them back with a recovery data software.

That's not a good thing. You may be able to do a system restore. go to
Start => programs => accessories => system tools => system restore
chose a date from before this hit your computer (probably a virus or someone screwing around with your files) and it should restore your computer to where it was before this happened.

Things like that don't just happen. You might have gotten a virus.
