pretty close; I live in the Mobile, Alabama area; my kids lived in Gulfport and went to school there for a while; got caught in Katrina there too;

I've never been to Mississippi but I've always wanted to go !
I'm almost 40, in my twenties I briefly dated a great young lady who was from Mississippi who was black, she got married but would tease me > telling me to go to Mississippi to find a black country girl like her, - - she was great, I could have married her but didn't > regret it
