I've never heard the song or ever even heard of the song, but I looked it up on bearshare. It is a group called No Doubt. Hope this is the version you are looking for. It drives me nuts when I'm looking for a song that I've heard, but seems like you can never find the right version that you want.

No Doubt Tragic Kingdom CD - Back in 1993 Gwen Stefani wrote that about her split with her boyfriend Tony. (The bands bassist) They dated for like 7 years. Great CD!!

no doubt came out with this song. it was written by gwen stefani, the lead singer, in reference to her ex-boyfriend, tony kendal (last name not 100% sure) who is the bassist of the band.
