I agree with the poster who says not to name a baby with an ethnic name. I think James Quincy Koenig sounds very classy.

I would suggest Quincy Dion or just Quincy. Has a nicer flow to it, and everyone can understand "Quincy" on the phone.

Why not James Quincy Koenig? I think that sounds a lot better. Besides, maybe when he's twenty and it's time to get a job he'd rather not have an "African" name.

You are rational though, you offered him one sober name.

Seriously if you want your son to ever get a job, don't name him anything ethnic. I know that sounds harsh, and you should be able to name your child anything you wish, but working in the human-resource department, I know this first hand. When the supervisor sees an application with a name that is obviously 'black,or ethnic' she/he throws it in the trash! This is the God honest truth! Please name him something that can be easily pronounced and spelled. How about the name Brent or Landon?( Anything with Te in it like Davonte or Durante is what I'm refering to when I say ethnic.)
