Calm and collected. Leave the history out of it. No one cares who screwed whom over. No personal attacks or even innuendo. No sarcasm. Answer the questions directly. "I don't know" is an acceptable answer, if it's truthful. If you're not sure about the answer, err on the side of less information. More info than needed makes you look out of control, less confident, and it wastes time and money. Appear to have moved on, emotionally. This means act and speak without exaggeration or animation. You cannot let yourself be interpreted as "vindictive."

Just be yourself and be honest. It is quite informal so there will be an effort on both side to resolve the issue in question.
