why can't i get profiles on people in pinochle lounges?

i go into a pinochle lounge i pull up infomation on a person and then i can't get into yher profile can you help me

set pop up blocker to always allow games.yahoo.com to do this when you try getting in lounge and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow. this will let you see profiles.

you probably have a pop up blocker running... disable that and you should be able to open new windows with the profiles.

Hold down ctrl as you try to open them
