Who cares what Oprah needs? She is a consumption whore that gets to be on television to encourage other women to be consumption whores.
Oprah needs to remember what she had when she was a kid, remember how little she was able to go with, and then think about if she really needs to consume as much as she does.
People in America consume to much and people like Oprah encourage it. Do they not realize that our resources are being depleted?
I am not a "tree-hugger", but I do think that it would be nice if we could slow it down a bit so that our future generations in the next 100-150 have something as simple as wood, or water, or fish. Maybe we can really take it to extremes and cut back on unneeded driving so that they at least have a bit of gasoline to enjoy before it's gone.
When you look at the real issues in life you realize how trivial it is to sit around wondering about Oprah's (possible) fat.

If you mean liposuction, no. It's not the proper solution for weight problems for most people (the exception being if you have one body part that is out of proportion from the rest of you). The fat cells in the body can redistrubute after lipo, leaving you looking worse than you began.
Besides, it is a surgery which automatically comes with health risks. While not as risky as many others, people can and have died from procedures like this.
