Nixon was terrible in his own way. He did at least have an advantage at International Diplomacy, something that Bush doesn't agree with using at all.

I'm with you, but wouldn't it be great if instead of free elections (like the one that voted in our current leader - twice) we could just do what you want and have a small group of people (let's call them a "politburo" for arguments sake) decide who gets to run the "party" until they die! That's a great idea! I wonder why it hasn't been done already?
