I am going to a baseball game for the first time and wasnt sure what was to procedure on what to bring with you.

Well, it's always good to bring a mitt, unless you're really far away. Bring comfortable clothes and maybe a seat cushion. There's plenty of memorabilia for sale at the games anyways.
Most parks don't allow food in anymore because they want you to buy there's, so don't bring food. Bring a good amount of money. Ballparks tend to be expensive. A bottle of water could be $3.
If you're far away from the action, I recommend binoculars. It looks like high-definition television!

Take dinero 'cuz everything is expensive @ the ballpark, if its a day game & if u'll b seating under direct sunlight take some sunscreen & some shades, also, maybe a cap or hat. A glove would be good too if ur seats are close enough to catch a foul ball or homerun. Wear comfortable clothes, preferably wear a jersey or shirt representing the team that u'll be rooting for. Bring energy & be ready to have some fun!!!!

A baseball glove in case someone hits a home run or a foul ball comes at ya. Money. Other than that I don't know.

Money, sunglasses, a cool poster if you desire, and a Smile. That is all that is really needed. You can't bring food or drinks in so you will need some money for that or any souveniers if you shall desire.
