I don't care what a web site says. No one comes back from the dead as a ghost! It just DOESN'T happen! All fantasy. Don't you suppose if ghosts WERE real, most of us would have had an encounter with one? And since only a few select people seem to have it "happent to them," it is obviously a bunch of nonsense. It's for tourism and dreamed up by people who are trying to get a little excitement into their otherwise dull lives.

the concept of Ghosts, or human spirits stuck in this world...
is NOT REAL!
the entities behind ghosts are actually demons.
Bad spirits who can enter our earthly realm and confuse silly humans who don't do their background research.
Its a good trick by the devil. Because if you can convince humans that people's spirits are stuck here, then how does heaven fall in the picture?
Don't be fooled...
If you don't believe me... go somewhere haunted and bring a bible, when you see a "ghost" start reading your bible.
They hate it, they will make it known that they hate it, and usually they will leave.
Unless they have the legal spiritual right to posess that house, or a something in it.
p.s. if "ghosts" are real, then how come they don't go good/nice things, like clean your house, or bake you a cake?? Humans do good things, but human's spirit, or "ghost" won't??
All incidences of ghosts have either negative outcome (like a human's body will be scratched, lamps broken, etc...) or a neutral one (they'll just hang around)
Never a positive outcome....
Why??
Because they aren't of a positive origin...
But they will still act neutral so as to confuse you into believing that they are "ghosts"

That picture is probably fake, but I definately believe in ghosts & spirits. Anyone who believes in life after death and the continuation of the soul should have no problem with this. I've had many experiences of my own, and if people don't believe me, that's their choice. I know what I've seen and heard.

Your not seeing a ghost your viewing the past a thin part in time and space. There is a creep-ed out family 200 years from now watching you read this. They think your a ghost but your not.

I definitely believe in ghosts but that picture is fake. ghosts don't cast a shadow. And the old tormented face and sheet over the head is really outdated.

I know that ghosts are real, I have seen them. The ghost in the photo at the link you listed has some definite issues.

I believe, maybe not that photo, but I've seen so I'm a believer. And Bill, if you believe in evolution (we came from monkeys) how come we have an appendix that does nothing and monkeys don't have one at all?Maybe we've got it all wrong?
