If you are lactating, as my young wife (23 year old) is and I am an experienced farmer (48 year old) I have used "bag balm" on the farm animals for cracking and splitting. And my young intercity wife says it works well also, for her needs also. She has three, children 2,3 and 5 and wants more, but the old guy is slowing down a little.
Yes bag balm works well for other things you would use Vaseline for also!!

they are dry. lanolin. ask your doctor about it. it prepares your nipples for breastfeeding to keep them from cracking and bleeding. it works, but you have to continue to use it until after the baby is born or until your nipples get accustumed to breastfeeding. Good Luck!

They are probably dried out. Put some vitamin E cream or Aloe Vera gel on 'em. They'll be back in the "pink" in no time. ;D

Change your bra more often especially if your sweating from the damn heat. ...get some of that cornstarch from Johnson and Johnson's ...you could be allergic 2 the fabric of your bra ...don't itch them 2 hard or your gonna hurt yourself ..
