Why people do not know about the wealth builder? And for homeowners out there, why do you not think this is a good program. I mean, If you could get your monthly payments cut almost in half, why wouldn't most people want to do this??

Most things like this, the things that sound too good to be true, are usually either just that, too good to be true, or have some strings attached.

is Wealth Builder the program that sells Receivables and defer taxes up to a certain amount of years. I haven't really looked into but what the hell I'll check it out. WB isn't just Real Estate, right? I do some real estate investment but expanding the 'ole portfolio can't hurt.

people don't want to end up paying more interest with their payments spread out so much.
