Amount of postage is by weight. It will need to be weighed at the post office.

I will make a lot of assumptions here and try to answer.

Assuming you are shipping in the USA, if this is standard paper it should weight less than an ounce.
First-Class Letter Nonmachinable Surcharge:

This is from:
http://postcalc.usps.gov/mailpiecedimensions.asp?length=9&height=12&image1.x=7&image1.y=6#form

First-Class envelopes weighing 1 ounce or less require an additional $0.13 nonmachinable surcharge if any one of the following apply:

* It is a square letter
* It contains very rigid items such as wood or metal
* It has clasps, string, buttons, or similar closure devices
* It has an address parallel to the shorter dimension of the letter
* It contains items such as pens that cause the surface to be uneven.
Use for large envelopes with the dimensions below:

* Height exceeds 6-1/8 inches, or
* Length exceeds 11-1/2 inches, or
* Thickness exceeds 1/4 inch

So, Your Envelope would be subject to the nonmachinable surcharge if it weighs 1 ounce or less.

Your shipping should be (again assuming you're shipping within USA) .39 + .13 = 52 cents

FREE!

Put the name of the person you want it mailed to on the back, the sender side. Then drop it in a blue drop off bin.

The post office will see no postage and 'return' it to the sender.

Thats how I do my mail!

To make sure it gets where it's supposed to go, take it to the Post Office and have them weigh it. They'll tell you how much and you can purchase it then.
