Then you need to start looking for a girl with the same morals & values you have. Try looking closer to Church for a girlfriend as oppose to say bars.

To answer the last question first... She may be Very affectionate and a Touchie-feeley kind of person. This may not be a bad thing. Just someone who likes to be very close(in more ways than one).
The best place(I have found) to meet serious women is in serious places. Try the grocery store or Laundromat. You will meet a more mature person there.
"How you start out, is how you end up!" So, be a truthful person and enjoy a truthful relationship(Beware of lying women/people)! When you run into problems, then encourage open dialog. If the two of you cannot resolve an issue then(with mutual agreement) seek professional help(clergy, counselor).
If the relationship is worth it, so is the effort to keep it.
Insist on what is important to YOU and she will follow suit. ...Or she might not be the right person. Give all a fair chance by being honest about your wishes and needs.

i think it depends. if you're in high school, then a gf at this age is probably not for you. if you're 30 y/o or so, then you can find the right girl in the right environment. You can really tell which girl will do the things you dont want her to do (kiss a lot, touch, etc.) and which girls wont by the way they dress and the way they conduct themselves.

If in the beginning that's all she is doing she is fast. She doesn't care about herself, so she doesn't care about you. She should wait until the two of you are ready and when you are it would be wrong to take it away after that.
