It is Slovak. And it is something about meeting in Bratislava in a summer of 2004 of dangerous aliens, who want to take Earth-control (they´ve very dangerous plans )....If you click on the picture, it will show in a full large.

Would help if you'd say what language this is, Czech, Lovak, Polish, ???
Looks like someone says "...here is a photo taken 2004 by a friend of XYZ Company Ltd. in Bratislava....." and so on.

Definitely try the languages section... All I can say, it's not Serbian, nor Croatian or Montenegrin, and there's no such thing as Yugoslavian language...

I think it's Slovak or Chech (definitely NOT Polish). Maybe you should try to ask this question in the LANGUAGES section (Society & Culture ---> Languages)
