I have just noticed my baby twin girl (which is now 2 months old)has rough spotty cheeks. Lookes like red little spots and feels like goose pimples when you touch her face. Is this normal? She does not have any other spots on her body.

Completely normal. Some babies winde up with acne because of the amount of hormones from momma that are still in their system. They should clear up within a month or two and they're nthing to really worry about.

Yep, what the first person said is exactly right. Get the book called What to Expect the First Year, it answers so many questions and concerns you might have. Congratulations on your twins!

yes it is normal. I used to take my daughters to the doctor for everything. He said as long as you keep them clean and have clean laundry then they should be OK. If it keeps happening and you can't get it to go away, then change laundry soap and see if that helps..
