there are products you apply to your eyelid before applying your shadow that can help... go to a higher end makeup counter like lancome and ask a cosmetic tech.

There are "fixers" you can buy that put a light covering over the eyeshadow that prevents smudges. The cheaper route is to spray just a little hair spray on your lids once you've got the shadow just right. Make sure to keep your eyes closed until the hair spray dries (usually less than a minute). It sounds weird, but it was something we did in the 70's to fix our makeup in place.

To keep my make up from running, smudging, etc.. I put a little concealer before I put the eyeshadow on, this makes the eye shadow stay.

Maybelline is a good brand of eye products. Blot the shadow after you've put it on, and, if needed, a couple of times during the day.

This is what I like to do, and it works extremely well: before applying any eye-shadow, I first apply a liquid foundation all over my lids. Then I dust a loose powder over it. This will keep your eye-shadow in place, and it also prevents creasing. Hope that helps!

i find that if you put a foundation on your eyelids and then your eyeshadow over the top it helps to keep the eyeshadow where its supposed to be.

WEll when you put on eyeshadow do it so its like a half-circle. so its like hardly toughing the brow. Then it wont travel to your brow. You have to do what i just said for it not to happen. The way you do it makes it go up.

Mary Kay triple action eye enhancer. it's incredible. i don't know how it works but you wont need to touch your eyes up all day. I'm telling you it's a must try. $15 and worth it. mainly stops creasing of eye shadow, gets rid of dark circles and fights wrinkles. Your shadow should stay in place.
