Photos are always good because you actually SEE who you're talking to, but on the other hand, avatars are just as good. It shows what that person sees themselves as, whether it be what they look like, what they want to look like, or what they wished looked like. Some get pretty creative!

i am to way to ugly to use my pic i thought about getting a fake one but that would be wrong and misleading
