go to a higher end cosmetic counter like lancome, clinique or estee lauder and ask a cosmetic tech. they can make a recommendation based on you face.... plus their products are 100 percent refundable if you don't like them.

Use a turnaround creme for bags on your eyes and it's from Clinique and ask for the one from the men's clinique section.
Don't stay up late at night ok.

tannin in regular black tea is supposed to be a natural anti-inflammatory....trying placing warm tea bags on your eyes for about five to ten minutes followed by either a cold cloth or *the spoon in the freezer trick is a good one, I saw some one already gave you that though* anything to alternate warm and cool.....

well you know about something called saldering? its when you use a tool that gets really hot to melt a metal. use this tool to burn the top layer of your skin off fold it back wait for 2 hours it will look normal. Be sure not to use cream ice will help sooth the pain

Put a spoon in the freezer and then cover your eye with it when it's really cold first thing in the morning. It really helps.

Slice some cucumbers lay down and put the cucumbers on your eyes...it really helps...also lots of sleep...i guess you could try plastic surgery!!!
