ok so it says compare the percent of young adults in japan who changed jobs 2ce to the percent of young adults in the US who changed jobs 2ce!! any advice!? i dont get what it means? help!!

Let's just say 35% young adults in Japan changed jobs twice, and 5% of young adults in the U.S. changed jobs twice. To compare them, you would say: "30% more Japanese young adults changed jobs than American young adults."
