Hitler was studying up on the practice of eugenics, and he got information that was put together by Harvard University. Part, if not all, of the idea of eugenics is related to preventing people of limited intellectual abillities from reproducing.

Fairly late into the 20th century there was a "eugenics project" in Vermont, where people with mental handicaps were institutionalized, sometimes sterilized, and sometimes kept in the institution unless they agree to be sterilized. I'm sorry that I forget the name of the school where this took place, but it was possibly as late as the 1960's. You could search "eugenics beteen 1930's and 1970's" to start.

Different consequences may follow the same behavior in different situations. When we respond differently in those different situations, we have formed a discrimination between the situations. For instance, when you tell a ribald tale to friends at a party, but refrain from doing so at a church gathering, this is an example of discrimination

Why yes, psychology is the study of human behaviour. Psyche, soul, or mind as you see fit.

The discovery of psychology, or the desire in itself can be seen as an invasion to discover and discriminate between distinctions in personality.

Discrimination is placing value on one subject over another. Something that self help which today is widely viewed as a "good" thing uses to influence other people. They discriminate "bad habits" with a person who is not helping themselves.

Psychology has exposed religion as faulty but I wouldn't say it was discriminated against. Well, in bio-psychology we discovered that the 'soul' has no place in the human brain. Chemicals, electric impulses, and other processes are responsible for personality. There is basically no defense for dualism anymore. Psychology also uncovered the unconscious mind, which reveals the source of our deepest fears and desires. One is to live forever and the illusions our subconscious will actually create to soothe our fears of death. Defense mechanisms defend anything that threatens our conscious' vulnerabilities .

Good question, I am a believer that that happens a lot. It does not matter who or what race the person is, I am sure it has happened to most of us at one time or another.
