I beleive that anyone can learn just about anyhing if they put thier mind to it (handicapped aside), I think smart people just catch on a little quicker than others. I think being wise is an accumulation of all the things that a person has learned over his or her life. What do you think dummy?

It's all about perspective. Some people are educated and book smart, while others may not have had the actual education, but are wise in their own rights. Some people have both. Or neither. It depends on what is important to you in your own life. Dummy...;-)

We must first search for answers deep in our personal selves. We need to try to understand and redefine the essence of human nature, the purposes of human life, and the present human condition. These personal reflections, insights, and feelings can be shared and clarified with others in a spirit of genuine dialogue, listening, and learning; in short, a growing together in wisdom.

Why would you call people you don't know "dummy"? Smart means two things, intelligent and educated. It can be used to mean either, but it more means intelligent. Wise means emotionally aware and educated. Wise people know about people and their motiviations. Smart people may know about machines or math, etc.

you will possibly be a author of a crappy e book, a terrible action picture director( heavily acclaimed=/=unavoidably solid), or a terrible scientist(Ever heard of the 'scientist' that got here up with the lobotomy?). The question is subjective.
