I'm not sure if there is a slang meaning of "greens," but leaf vegetables, also called potherbs, greens, or leafy greens, are plant leaves eaten as a vegetable, sometimes accompanied by tender petioles and shoots. Jalepenos are chili peppers and are not considered leafy vegetables.

Greens are generally collard greens, kale, maybe with some jelepenos in them.

It's just a matter of taste..i like them cooked in with the greens..anyway...pepper sauce just runs off.....this way...you get the seasoning cooked in.

No, not unless you want them spicy hot.
(Greens are: spinich, mustard greens, collard greens, etc......any green leafy veggie)
