I have a clunking noise from the front end when I back out of my driveway( as I turn out of the driveway in reverse). It also happens the odd time going forward and turning slowly at the same time. The only items not replaced in the front end recently are the ball joints and the sway bar bushings. Pretty much everything else is new.

First have you replaced the CV joints/ axle shaft, that will cause the problem you're having. To check ball joints raise vehicle, then grabbing the top of the wheel and the bottom of the wheel try to wiggle it, also try side to side, if it moves then you probably need new ball joints, since everything has been recently replaced it wouldn't hurt to do the ball joints as well, as far as i know sway bar bushings don't generally make much of a clunk noise unless under hard turns where the body is shifting weight.

Jack up the front end, stick a pry bar under the tire and try to wiggle it. If it moves at all, have it TOWED to a service facility.
