If it does, won't the islamo-facist have time and money to plan their next attack? What will the Democrats do?

Interesting answers. For all those that say Iraq is a terrorist country: They don't have camps where they plan their next attack on the US. They're fighting for their very existance, and we're killing them. Their only hope is that the demonrats take control again so they can operate like they did with Chicken Bill. The fact is Iraq will become a muslim, terrorist state if we cut and run, and they'll train and plan for years if they have to for their next attack. If Bush underestimated anything, it was the demonrats and liberals in America. They are our real enemy, they are the only thing stopping us from achieving victory. They are the terrorists best friends.

-- i agree with you except for the fact that there is groups/camps in iraq and other countries that are planning to attack us. I think a lot of people base their opinion on the war on their likes/dislikes for bush and not what is the best for the future of the world and the U.S. If we don't stop the terrorists now they will destroy this country and all that we stand for. People think we can just leave iraq and that the terrorists will just stop trying to kill us. Do you really believe that they will stop? If that was even likely then they wouldn't be trying to kill people in Germany, Britain, etc. Terrorists are against our religions, governmental policies, and how we live. They aren't killing us just because we are at war with them. We can't just leave iraq, we didn't just leave korea (we are still there, 50 yrs. later), we didn't just leave Germany. What if we had? Would these people that are opposed to protecting the U.S. and the innocent civilians in iraq, against these terrorists, be against protecting the Jews and other groups that were persucuted by Hitler and the Nazis? There is ONLY ONE difference between terrorists and Hitler, they are killing us now!
yes Iraq will become a huge center for terrorist groups. there will be no way to control them. Democrats will try to reason with them, but most of us know that you can't reason with someone that wants to kill you and everyone else that doesn't believe as they do. It will in the long run mean the end of the u.s. and it's alias (Britain, Germany, Japan, etc.) Islamic extremists will stop at nothing to accomplish this.
We can't just attack Iraq like we did with Germany. Germany was a country that was trying to dominate europe. Iraq consists of groups that are suicidal (like Japanese Kamikazis in WW II). Unlike iraq, we could attack the government of germany and Japan. In Iraq we are trying to eliminate certain people within the population. Alot harder to do so.

Afghanistan is a terriorist country a huge cell of them. Read the news. A whole bunch of people over there are dieing even as we speak. Will Iraq ?? become a terrorist country??
Where have you been living? See this is the way it is. There are soldiers from America fighting in both of those countries and it doesn't look like that is going to change anytime soon.
They are on the verge of a civil war. That means one half of the country doesn't like Americans being there. They other half are helping Americans stay there. But neither side likes Americans because we are not muslim. They were both sides dancing in the street when the World trade center went down. Remember the news showing that.? They are not going to stop Islamic terriorist from planning attacks no matter who is in the white house. Republicans want you to believe that they have everything under control. With them at the helm nothing would dare go wrong. Big Business is making a lot of money off this war. The Democrats have been demonized by them and it just won't make any difference at this point who is in there.
They really are mad. Iran is mad and North Korea is mad.
It is only a matter of time and someone is going to nuke the USA.
Republicans will figure out some way to blame Democrats for it.
But the truth is that is just the way it is.

You speak as if Afghanistan is not a terrorist country, just because the Taliban is not the official government anymore does not make it any better today than 4 years ago. Look around and see all of the lies... the war on terror will not be won by force alone! There is NO plan in Iraq to win the peoples support for the USA no matter what bush and his propagandists say. Point is it only took 3.5 years to kick Nazi Germany's butt and we then helped the Germans to recover. Not so in Iraq.

well... first off... we've been training the Iraqi military for about 2-3 years... if we s*ck so bad at training that we can't keep them from getting taken over by terrorists after 2-3 years of training... it's probably never going to happen...
second... the "islamo-facist" have TONS of time and money now to plan their attacks... see they are based in other countries and while they may send a few terrorists into Iraq every now and then... that's probably not taking up much time or money... it's not hard or expensive to tell someone "go do a car bomb"... which seems to be the majority of their actions...

No, for one thing the Taliban and al-Qaeda are still very much alive and well in Afghanistan. In my mind we have to take a whole new mindset on this whole "war on terror". There are terrorists in every country of the world (including the U.S.). We need to quit trying to chase these people all over the globe and concentrate more on homeland security. Terrorism has been a fact of life since the beginning of mankind. I'm hopeful we can get some people in the government who will try a better job of security here at home. It doesn't matter if we stay in Iraq another week or another 10 years. Ultimately it's the Iraqi peoples country and they will decide how they want it to be ruled. Those billions of dollars were spending in the war over there could be better spent here at home, not to mention the lives of our troops and the civilians caught in the cross fire.

Wake up and small the coffee, Iraq IS a terrorist state to us now, because we've invaded their country. That's why there are so many sabotage attacks on us. Plus, Bushie doesn't help at all when he says that making the streets of Baghdad safe is the main goal of fighting terrorism. If you were a terroris wouldn't you go to Baghdad tomorrow? Bush is playing right into Bin Ladens hands.

When Was Afghanistan a terrorist Nation.
According to history Afghanistan has never attacked any other Country. It has been attacked and occupied dozens of times since recorded history. But never conquered.
Give the poor opium farmers a break. If you had been smoking dope for 5000 years you wouldn't be attacking anyone either.

Iraq is already a terrorist enviroment because they want to fight Americans. before we got there Saddma had everything on lock because people were afraid of his secret police. Now that ttheres no more Saddma, they are free to cause the ruckus they want until one of our soldiers gives em a headshot with a M16.
