I had mild unfamiliar period like cramping too. It isn't anything to worry about unless it is accompanied by bright red blood. Good luck!

I am reading you are 4 and 1/2 weeks? If so, then it is completely normal to have some cramping early on. As long as the cramping is not severe, you will be ok. Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!

Yup that's normal. It's because your uterus is enlarging. I'm about 3 months pregnant now and when I was about 4 weeks I had some cramping too. However if it gets severe or is followed by bleeding call your doctor immediately.

To me cramping at the beginning of pregnancy is perfectly normal. My doctor told me when i was pregnant back in 2000 that the cramping that i had was the baby taring away from the uterine wall. I felt most of my pain/cramp at night while i was sleeping. My doctor said that alot of people don't feel these cramp cause they are bigger people.. I myself was only 95 lbs at the time. So my doctor told me that i would feel alot more of what the baby was doing at the beginning stages of my pregnancy. So if you ask me i think that you are perfectly fine.. Just keep you doctor appts. and take care of yourself.. And CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it more than likely is your round ligaments stretching it can feel very crampy. As long as it isn't severe or lasts to long and no bleeding you should be fine. But if you are like me I'd call the nurse just in case.

Any kind of cramping during a pregnancy usually is not a good thing. Unless you are having Braxton Hicks ccontractions but I think that it may be to early for you to be having those. I would consider calling your doctor.
