then you get c=7/10 - 1/8
find common demoninator of 7/10 and 1/8 which is 40
so they become 28/40 - 5/40 = 23/40
so c= 23/40

change 1/8 to 10/80 and then 7/10 to 56/80 and then subtract 10/80 from both sides.. so c=46/80.. and then reduce it to 23/40 i think..?
