Yes, you can wear linen year-round, it's not like the color-rule of not wearing white shoes, purses, sweaters, etc. after Labor Day and being able to wear it again after Memorial Day.

I think it's more now what the weather dictates...I don't think the whole "don't wear white after labor day" or not to wear certain fabrics has become outdated. Especially with the odd weather systems...you could be 58 degrees one day and 85 degrees the next! (at least here in Buffalo, NY we do! LOL!) I think it's whatever is suitable for the temperature of that day.

i think people are so anoying with labor day. all thoe stupid rules of dont wear white after labor day. wat the f****. yes, its fine to wear linen whenever u want, but if you have any doubts about wearing it, then dont.
