Why is Tony Blair known as the Vice President to George Bush?

That's putting it very politely. In the UK he is known as Bush's Poodle (a fluffy dog) or Bum-Boy (because he's submissive and politically buggered by Bush).
Tony Blair is a proven liar with very little integrity. He is highly ambitious and loves the global stage (When he was at school he wanted to be a rock star!) - by selling out to US and Israeli foreign policy he's been able to bathe in the limelight he craves.
He's a lot more articulate than Bush (not very hard to be) but after almost 10 years of telling everyone in the UK what have turned out to be lies he has absolutely zero credibility. In the States it is different because the Administration has a vested interest for him appearing to be a man of merit because he lends credibility to the current foreign policy.
The odds are that both Bush and Blair will be pursued for war crimes in their lifetimes - as soon as the current grip of fascism is broken.

The people who give him this title intend to belittle him. Like a vice-president, despite how much you might disagree with a President concerning his policies, you must go along like a sheep, giving the illusion of a unified front. Tony Blair, being the leader of a separate nation, should be independent minded and not assent to every proposition that Mr. Bush propounds. In fact upon closer inspection of Blair’s own behavior and rhetoric one would think that he has stronger convictions that are directly at odds with Bush’s simpleton cowboy foreign policy. However, he seems reluctant or even fearful to act out on those convictions. Instead, Blair with all the conformity becoming of the meekest sheep, parrots all of Bush’s rhetoric, despite how destructive and immoral that rhetoric maybe.

because he is the too sincere and not loosing and as per the spritual and tantra blair can save and secure to the Jeorge W bush and can give the so perfacatly guide line to mr Bush only as i know perfactly and if any where some harm ful thing then mr blair will take on his own head and save mr bush So he is a vice president of Jeorge W Bush its correct and truth and its i know perfactly
