I work for an Oncologist and here is a list of Cancer I have for you but also some colors are shared, ie...light blue is prostate Ca but so is Esophegeal Ca.

Lung- Grey
Breast- Pink
Ovarian- Teal
Leukemia- Orange
Kidney- Green
Bladder- Yellow
Bone- White
Brain- Grey
Melanoma- Black
Colon- Brown (no joke either)
Pancreatic- Purple
Prostate- Light Blue

Pink ribbons represent breast cancer. Other cancer ribbon colors include gold for all childhood cancers, blue for prostate cancer, and white for all other forms of cancer.

yellow is for testicular cancer, well the yellow band is for the lance armstrong foundation and he had testicular cancer
