Being attractive has a lot to do with one's personal tastes, culture, chemistry.... all of those factors.
That's why some people like blonde hair and blue eyes and other people prefer Asian characteristics. It really can't be pin-pointed, expect for maybe the body measurement rule... and some say facial symmetry has a lot to do with it as well.

A person is attractive who is not repetitive.
Seriously, apart from being clean and healthy, it's all in the pheromones.

It's a matter of ones opinion, taste, some look at the inside and some look at the outside. The inside in my opinion can make a real hunk ugly and visa versa. :-)
