i have prom coming up and i need to lose about 10 pounds to fit into my dress, does anyone have any ideas?

try Nikki Haskell's star caps along with 30 - 45 minutes of pilates a day. the pills are made from natural ingredient such as papaya and garlic extract, even alexandra ( the victoria secret's model) use them. :)

I would go on the wrestling diet, that many wrestlers use. That would be, eat larger meals in the morningand food such as oatmeal. a meduim meal at lunch, and very small supper. Also exercise a lot!!! talk to any wrestler for more detail. It is basically eating very litte and a lot of exercise

Exersice at least at the most 3 times a week for an 1 hour or half an hour 1 hour is better though

excercise, try pillaties or you can try some natural diet pills, eat healthy, but don't deprive yourself.
