WEll, you've got great power, so you have great responsibility. You need to do what you see fit for the people, and if it doesn't work out, then you get blamed for everything. Just like President Bush got blamed for Hurricane Katrina, 9/11, and invading Iraq for oil. It's tough to lead people!

Usually leaders are chosen to lead in some particular endeavor, not just to lead in general. So if you're the leader of UPS, then make sure the boxes get there on time. But if you are just a naturally strong person whom others choose to follow, then you have no moral obligation to them! That would not excuse any meanness on yourt part but neither would it charge you with any responsibility for them.

Good question.One can be: to guide,to give the right direction to others;doing that,being a good example yourself.( your own behaviour).
