I have cell #. want to know what area of country(city & state) calls are being made from and what number is being called from this phone

Use a reverse look up on www.peoplepages.com. You put in the phone number and it tells you who the person is. I do know that if you call a number from a sprint phone it tells you the city/state.
Or you could always use a phone directory.

cell phones are different , mine has call log that shows me the number and time called , check yours to see what you have .

call the phone company they should send you a copy of the calls made
