i forgot if warm water takes it out or locks it in

Soak it in COLD soapy water.

Cold water ASAP. Scrub with soap. Soak it if you need to. Wash it in cold as well and if the stain does not come out, do not dry it. You will set the stain. Just soak in cold water again.

soak it in cold water and add oxyclean! that helped me when i leaked!

Extra Tip: always carry supplies and wear a panty liner a couple days before and after so you dont have to worry about washing out you pnaties everytime you get ur period.

Warm water locks it in..immediatly use COLD water with soap.

if you can go by some tampons or pad. if not go for toliet paper. it works for a while, until you get something else. if you can ask a another girl you kno if she has somethign that you could use. good luck and sorry for you!
