The rich have always had the poor fight their wars for them. Nothing has changed. They try to give the war some dignity by telling the people we are fighting for democracy and freedom- things we hold dear- (even when the truth is that our government is forcing these things on a people who don't want it because our government has an ulterior motive-oil)- I admire and respect every one who risks their life fighting for this country- they do what they are told. I am not a Congressperson, nor poor, and I would not encourage any family member of mine to fight in a war that was brought on by our politicians' own greed and arrogance.

Its the ones who are unemployed mostly the military offers a job and a way to get an education for the poor. Congressmen's children don't need this help. As the need for more military increases you'll see unemployment creep up this will help increase enlistment.

Republicans and Democrats alike are packed with themselves and set no longer something yet detrimental examples for each individual. Sending their young infants to combat may well be ridiculous. the militia is at present voluntary. in the event that they have been to deliver their young infants against their will, nicely, what form of occasion might they be placing for the remainder of u . s .? There are some whack-jobs in the militia that joined because of the fact they had to combat for the U. S., yet i've got purely come for the time of 10 that i be responsive to of. all human beings else joined because of the fact of activity secure practices, college, or activity guidance. the militia is a activity; its only one which will become somewhat volatile while idiots are in can charge, or once you're an American. you be responsive to, reason u . s . won't be able to look to ideas its own enterprise and is persevering with to %. fights and nicely, has been interfering the place it does not belong on account that Vietnam.

No it is not the bottom end of society. Its the one that care about this country. Why should the poor sign up? They already get paid to do nothing. Why doesnt everyone in the country serve some time? Scared or lazy?

There is NO draft. Thanks to the LIBERALS, the military can not recruit on school grounds. Bring back the draft, and you'll bring in everyone. As it stands, its a great way to get great training and job experience and you learn A LOT about yourself.

This obviously is a trick question but I'll play along:
Is it because they found out that they will not be met by "flowers and dancing in the streets" as promised by Dick cheney?
