how to catch mew without a game-shark or similar game-desctruction device?
unlike in Red/Blue/Yellow it isn't known that it CAN be done. there are even fictitious stories out there that people will swear to, involving not getting on SS Anne until after you get strength, but you need cut to get down there in the first place...
so, as of now, the only known way to get mew in leaf without cheating is by attending a nintendo event, or going to a store that hosted one and still has an active "wonder spot".
in this "wonder spot" you can download an aurora ticket, or some such, and that will allow you to get to some of the other, outlaying islands by boat. on one of these islands is mew

it is impossible to catch a mew without any form of game modder (game shark, action replay, etc.) unless u find someone that has the game and has mew and you trade with that person

u can use an ar to get the ticket but u have to find the code on like supercheats.com, cheatplanet.com, and more. Or u gotta go to a Nintendo Event.
