Gently run you hands thru her hair, and ask as if you haven't noticed if her hair is getting thinner, because it feels like it is.
Then when she answers gently tell her that maybe she needs to go to the doctor to see if there is a medical reason for it.
There are a lot of medical reason for hair loss in women, and they are easily treated.
Just remember that her ego is at stake, and if you break it down, you will feel the wrath.

You can start by saying you've noticed a lot of hair in the shower lately. She'll probably open up to you then. I know because lately my hair is thinning. Thyroid issues possibly. You might suggest rogaine for women or the vitamin Biotin which is great for hair. All of these things could help. I'm a very sensitive person and my husband just came right out with the shower approach. I knew where he was coming from and that's how we started talking about it.

What do you mean how do you approach her? Do you mean how do you talk to her about it? If I was thinning, I'd know it long before you did, and you better believe I'd be sensitive about it. I take it balding runs in her family? It'd have to be on both her mom and her dad's side of the family, because balding is a recessive gene carried on the X chromosome. Or, it could simply be caused by environmental factors like high stress levels, wearing hats all the time, having really long hair, hormonal changes, etc. Female pattern balding and hair loss can be treated surgically, maybe or maybe not with over the counter products like Rogaine, or with hair pieces.

I'd tell her that you love her, and you will love her no matter how she looks, but that you've noticed that her hair may be starting to thin, and you are concerned about how she feels about that. Ask her if she wants to talk about it, and if she doesn't, tell her that you will be there for her if she changes her mind and that you will support her no matter what she wants to do about it. Offer to go with her to the doctor's office for support if she wants to go.

Wow, alot of women suffer from hair loss. I say first educate yourself on the issue and then have a heart to heart with her. Chances are this problem is bothering her as well. She probably has more concerns about this issue than you can imagine. If you go into the conversation knowledgable about the subject you could actually help her.

I know they offer products for things like this, maybe call a dermatologist, some hair stores offer products such as "regrow."

Good Luck........just remember to be sympathetic.

This is a touchy subject especially for women. My mother's hair started thining and it was very difficult for me to talk to her about it as I did not want to upset her. I just casually brought up the subject of hair and she mentioned on her own that she noticed that hair was getting very thin on her crown. I asked her if this bothered her and she said that it did. Luckily she is very open to trying products that could possibly help with this problem. She spoke with her doctor first and he recommended some products and I am happy to say that her hair is on it's way back.

Just take your time and find the right words. This subject is touchy but the outcome can be good. Best of luck.

She doesn't know? most women would know if
they had more hairs in the shower today than yesterday. If she is blind maybe you can tell her in a kind way . honey I think maybe we should go wig shopping. Maybe shes embarrassed . don't think you need to bring it up . make her an appointment at a salon to get her hair done, before a special night out or something. they'll tell her for you.

You need to be sensitive about this, she probably notices it but hopes you have not. To a woman being attractive is imperative. I would just casually bring it up and maybe suggest that she see a dr maybe she has some sort of medical condition that is causing this to happen. Good luck

Maturely, Don't. Or if you have to then jst come out wit it without being harsh. My man always tell me when somethings wrong. Then again you might want to tell her before someone else does. She'll be mad you didn't tell her.

With respect & compassion.
Have an open conversation with her about it, she already knows her hair is thinning.
