based on what is given, and assuming cartesian graphing....

if a terminal side lies 76deg, that would be the first quadrant since the first quadrant is 0 - 90 degrees...

I think, for angles 0-90, the coterminal angle of an angle is that angle itself, making it in the first quadrant.
