"They see me rollin'
They hatin'
Patrollin'
And tryin to catch me ridin dirty:

"Got warrants in every city except Houston
But I still ain't losin'"

"So they get behind me,
Tryin' to check my tags.
Look at my rearview and they smilin',
Thinkin' they'll catch me on the wrong; keep tryin'
city denyin' it's racial profilin'"

What does he mean in these parts of the song?

He is referring to racial profiling. If you watched the VMA's, in his acceptance speech, he stated " 20/20 canceled my interview about racial profiling." People fail to realize that this still exists in the USA. It didn't stop with Rodney King, it got exposed with him. I know so many people who get profiled in my city (St. Louis, MO) and their tags and license is straight. I have been to the south and it is still a lot of segregation down there. You have to be a fool to not think that it doesn't exist.

authentic...i have discovered even as and a thanks to assert...."concepts your own organization". regardless of the reality that in case you've heard this being irrationally stated. perhaps then it develop right into a really ill second on the very incorrect time as well... it really is fairly sturdy to be there for others, in case you knew that you've been also there for your self. To make you slot into that challenge... Have a valuable time..!

Racial Profiling. The cops see him coming and then they follow watch and wait until he does something wrong. Sometimes they don't even wait until that happens they just pull you over and make up a bunch of bs. stupid cops.

He is talking about racial profiling, and police assuming that because he is black they will catch him with drugs and such. Yes, he is from Houston, TX I believe.

He's trying to say that he's from Texas and he's tight and he's saying that police are racist (I don't think they are) and he's also saying that they're not gonna catch him doing bad things cuz he's tight and he's smart.
