it's an unfair comparison. The standard of football in Scotland is nowhere near as good as in England. If you take out Rangers and Celtic and perhaps Hearts there is nothing left. If Rangers and Celtic were in the English Premier League neither side would have any chance of winning the title. Someone has said that Bolton have won nothing. Rangers have only won domestic trophies in a very poor league. They have done nothing in Europe. I would therefore say Bolton are the better side.

I would have to go with Glasgow Rangers. If you look at how they did last season, which was poor by their standards. They got results against Inter Milan and FC Porto in the Champions League and progressed futher than Manchester Utd. Don't misunderstand me I'm not saying that they're better than Man U, but I do think that it makes them better than Bolton.

im a celtic fan and id say rangers where the better of the two, also rangers have a lot more silverwear than bolton and a european pedigree of sorts lol

rangers may be bigger and better supported but bolton play bigger and better clubs so i would say bolton i bet rangers fans would love to swap leagues

the teddy bears are miles better than that bolton mob history proves it and so does their support who the hell are bolton anyway are they middle to bottom club with a manager that looks like a caveman and who likes bum sex with his players
