In France, we have a proverb wich says :

"Mariage pluvieux, marriage heureux"

> Rainy wedding, happy wedding.. smthg like that.

I got married in winter, and we had a sunny day, not really cold ;-)

Just to be on the safe side to avoid winter rain, I'd say 4/7, it's around spring :)
