i love simpsons!theyre the best!!!!and my mum hates them too!but what do they know,they are parents.lol

Only the first 300 episodes after that it's absolute craaaap!!!!
The jokes now make you cringe with physical pain. Even the anamation is crapier! But this happens to most cartoons like Dexters Lab and the Power Puff girls.
This only seems to happen to shows when they get a massive budget increase. The quality of the show decreases. The series reaches a highpoint and its down hill from there. Why is this anyway? And how can we stop this from happening?

My mom loves the show..and so do I...but lately it has been changing..it's becoming more stupid you know...it use to be a balance of stupid and serious so it really stood out...now it's close to Family Guy- I don't like that..I mean I like Family Guy...but what's the point of watching two shows that are basically the same...might aswell watch one you know...but I still support the Simpsons :D

I have to say I am very much mixed when it comes to this question. I like it as it put animated comedy in mainstream TV viewing in the 90's along with King of the Hill but it seems to be a bit childish at times. I am a Family Guy lover at heart that rocks!

Love the SIMPSONS all time favorite every sundays and everyday they play there so good and funny there still on the AIR

Used to love it.
I used to cry with laughter.
But now, somehow it just doesn't seem funny anymore.
The old ones are still amusing, but the new ones lack that magical spark that once existed in the writing.
I now much prefer Futurama and Family Guy.

i love the simpsons. its probably the funniest cartoon i have ever seen. but i hate homer he is too fat and dump and that sometimes really gets on my nerves like when he puts someone's life in danger

Love it. Can watch old episodes over and over and still find lots to laugh out loud over. The ideas keep coming...
