From psychology point of view ,how we can differe the tow mentioned words

If I was afraid of you, but did not run away, that would be tenacity. If I ran away, but returned, that would be resiliency.

From a psychological point of view... that is tough.

Tenacity would be addiction and survival as it relates to fight or flight.

Resiliency would be the ability to handle the stresses of the addiction, and to continue surviving despite injury.

tenacity has to do with the drive it takes to get something done. Resiliencey has to do with bouncing back from a problem.

example:

I hope he will have the tenacity to stay in college and get his degree.

That girl sure was resilient to have healed from a broken leg and still be able to finish out the season.

Tenacity means you don't give up easily.
Resiliency means you're flexible
